Best dealer/advisor for service near 650?

I am in the palo alto area for a while and I need to have the new nav update installed. I had the car reprogrammed in October-ish and my 09 idrive has glitches. I was told by my service advisor back home that there was a new nav update that fixed these glitches

What is the best dealer/advisor to go to? I called Peter pan BMW and left a VM with the general service assistant and haven't received a call back. I would like to get this done sometime this week

What glitches is it having? I also have an 09 idrive but havent had any issues?
