Light out error after LED headlight install

I just finished installing Can-bus approved LED lights in my 2012 128i. I was told I shouldn't have an issue but I still do. I was told to order resister / decoder off Amazon but wondering if there is an easier way to fix the error code.
Thanks

You'll need to code out the bulb checks for the lights you installed. Search in the e90 coding forum since there different ways and programs to achieve this.

Did you ever get this fixed?

I had approved LEDs as well but kept getting errors and couldn't stand the noise from the car at every other light or when I turned the car on. The guy I ordered them from sent me new ones. No dice. I used Carly and turned the check off. Still getting error. I assume I need the hardware as well but did not want to deal with it anymore.

Did you get it fixed?

Strange, both things should work. I have LED bulbs in my tails, with no errors. Also have and use Carly and the things I ask of it, it does.

Never used Carly but used the BMW tools to code led bulbs. From memory there is a cold check on start and intermittent warm checks when driving. You need to code both off.
