What mods to prolong life of my car

Hey guys.

Getting some work done to my car hopefully next month.

Stage 1 Cobb, Suspension, bushings and AFE intake.

I plan on keeping my car a long time, I do not track it and wondering what mods I can do to help prolong the car, would an oil catch can help?

I do not need to clean the intake valves yet.

Oil catch can is a good place to start. As for prolonging the life of the car just stay on top of maintenance.

OIL change every 5K-7K
Spark plugs every 25K(since your tuned)
Tranny and diff fluid change every 30k
Around 65K and up the water pumps are known to go out on our cars.

^ This. As someone who still believes in doing all the supporting mods before venturing into big boost territory, this is a no-brainer. Cheap, easy DIY install, and if you get it serviced at a dealer, they might even be more inclined to overlook your other (bolt-on) mods.
