Smog with Cat delete

Anyone know how to pass smog with no cats, and a tune? I ask because I may be moving back to Cali from Texas.

Do you know of any smog techs that will do that? Maybe for the right price?

I do not personally know of any but my impression is that they are getting progressively more difficult to find given how aggressive CARB is getting about enforcement.

Could also keep your car registered in Texas. Some complications there, you gotta do some research.
