MHD launch control.
Updated to the latest version of MHD and noticed it now offers launch control. Set it at 3000 rpm and gave it a try tonight. Pretty cool trick. All I did was spin my tires but made for a clean start off the line. How are people putting big power to the ground with these cars and no lsd ? I'm FBO with stock turbos and it just roasts tires , well maybe one tire , in anything but 3rd.

How does that work? I just flashed version 8 stage 2+ and saw that as an option.

Awesome, I might have to try that. I've had better luck with M3 control arms with 255/35 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s un the rear.

I had a play with this a few weeks ago. Bumped back up to V9 S2+ for the fun of it and set the revs to 2600rpm. Still broke traction thru most of 1st and a little chirp into second, but boy is it fun!!!
I wonder if limiting the power for 1st and 2nd would improve the launch/0-100 time?

I can't give you any technical details on this, only word of mouth...BUT, from what i've been reading here on the forums is that V8 had a few issues that people weren't enjoying. Ken from Wedge currently reccomends V9 Beta over V8.
I jump between V5 and V9. V5 feels super strong and aggressive which I like for my weekend drives up the mountains. V9 I have only just started using and it feels good. I don't use ethanol but the V5 e50 tune is still supposed to be the most aggressive tune to date. Note: Stage 1 for weekdays and Stage 2+ for the weekends

I have the same problem, because i work early (6:00am starts) I rarely get to go for late night drives and put my foot in to it and really feel the differences.
