Did your performance shifter snap into place properly? Mine won't snap in properly, it comes off with very little effort. Also did the storage area go in easily? I have the storage area but I'd much prefer the ashtray

Silver is always looking off, even when dead on. My old Saturn Sky Redline always looked like a patchwork. The angles do it.

Today I saw a car like mine at the local shops. So I did what any polite owner of a rare car would do - I parked beside them.
Mine's the one without the //M badge. Last edited by xQx; 02-13-2023 at 09:15 PM.. |

Got a letter from my landlord yesterday, apparently the rent for the apartment is going up, buy some amount.
I decided to to move instead, the rent is not worth where i am at the moment and being far from, pretty much everything. Already found new free placed near Nürburg and contacted them, if all goes well i could be moving by the end of next month. This means my project can go either way, i can find a shop to do those upgrades i have been searching for and let them do all the work, and the car will be done or i can postpone it by 2 months or so after i have settled in. In November the temps will be much colder, so working myself can be a headache after the move, so i#m debating either to do it before or after i move, but the way i see it, most likely i will get a shop to do everything (m3 front arms, rsfb, lsd and sway bars) and be done with the car and save up in winter for track day wheels and tires. |

Getting the recall work done on the driveshaft. I had no idea there was a recall for this.
I was getting a power reduced warning on my drive home yesterday, the warning only comes on after I floor the throttle. I suspect the driveshaft is not the reason for the warning light. But the car seems to drive normally as long as I'm not laying into the throttle. |

Haha, only when the problem is part of a safety recall, or if you're still under warranty.
