Haha, it bade me sad, too. Especially when I found out that they updated the fuel cap to a part with a blue seal, which doesn’t match the little green fuel cap holder! Oh well. Who needs a tether anyway?

But yeah, I would be kicking myself bad right now if I sold this thing 2 years ago.

You were smart to keep the 128i. Mine is a 2011 and alternates driving time with a 2003 Z4 3.0 6MT. I will not ever get rid of either. Nothing new worth buying any more.

Thanks for returning to give us a report. My wife had a Fit when I first met her so I have a lot of experience in that rattle can.

The 128i is special and a cult classic.
