Sounds like you may have a case. Are there any black box data that you can retrieve to see how fast you were travelling..?

It has very specific rules for when and how hard the airbags go off For example a from impact has to be hard enough and at about 90 degrees to the nose of the car. Whether you are wearing a seatbelt is also taken into account A airbag deploying when it is not needed to save your life can be very dangerous, hence they dont deploy unless really needed. The force of a airbag deloying can break your nose easily and can snap the neck of a child |

I am so sorry to hear this. You must be about your new baby, but I hope you and your car are repaired/ heal back to normal. I wish you the best of luck, btw will insurance pay to take care of that? and you can host photos for free at www.photobucket.com it will make them smaller file sizes for you...

I can certainly sympathize, having my car wrecked when it was only 5 days old! Very sorry to hear about your accident, but glad you are okay. Good luck on the repairs and keep us posted.

Wow how awful! That must have been SO scary . I almost fell asleep in my old car but i did everything to stay awake. Had the windows down, radio blasting, AC on.. It worked, but hopefully the car will be back to normal. Good Luck w/ everything..
