Request: Pics of Full Underbody!!!
I have been searching and searching for good pics of the entire underbody of a 135 but have had very little luck. I've tried searching in the photos/videos, general exhaust~engine mods, and DIY sections ...the best I have found was from Active Autowerke but I was hoping to see a little further towards the front of the car as well. Please dont flame me I just got to frustrated to continue looking...hopefully one of you guys has a shot or knows of a post! Thanks guys

Here are a few more shots (from my collection of threads on 1addicts)that might help you out?
Why did you want to see whats underneath the car anyway? PS: this last shot I think might be of a M3 and not a 135i ? I think the finned diff is a clue. ? Last edited by Dackelone; 06-22-2011 at 03:09 AM.. |

The last shot is def an M3, the finned diff cover, the lower control arms are all stamped with M, also the location of the muffler

Toying with the idea of running a custom quad exhaust with a custom diffuser. Still in the preliminary stage but I just wanted to get an idea of what kind of room we are working with. I think all the current set ups set the tips to wide. I like the placement of the Hartge exhaust/diffuser combo. BUT they wont sell the diffuser separately, I dont want there big clunky exhaust and I dont have 3k to spend on a diffuser and axleback

Hi guys, i'm a new member and I'm making a work for university about aerodynamics of the BMW series 1 F20/F21.
I would like to know if anyone has the photos of the underbody of the car that i can't find anywhere on the internet. Is there also someone that has something about the aerodynamic of the car? Air flow around the car or also models of CFD (computation fluid dynamics)? Thank you very much for helping! eduz |
