A good buy?

hi, I'm in search for a 1 series recently and this one car showed up. tell me what you guys think. I'm from vancouver Canada, so prices should be abit different from the states. It is a dealer.
$23900
-2008 BMW 128i
-74,454 km or about 47k miles
-Black on Black
-Bumper to Bumper Warranty is good until 13 September, 2012 or 80,000 km. Extended Warranty is also available. (which mean expires in 5k km)
-HID Headlights
-One Owner, No Accidents. "Equiped with Sports Package, Premium Package, Heated seats, Memory seat, Traction control, Remote entry, Telescopic steering wheel, Curtain airbag, Dual climate control and Power sunroof!!"

Plz gimme some input on this! I think its a really good price.

That's a good price for Canada. Cars are more expensive here than in the US.

Yes, maybe a little. The base price for a new base 128i coupe is $36,000 in CA whereas the USA version is $33,375.
This still does not make it a good deal. Especially as it is almost out of warranty...

i bought my 128i for $22k with 35k miles on it and I thought I got it for cheap. You will honestly probably not find a 128i for cheaper than what you posted. I don't know why they are listed well above KBB value...

On the other hand I got a 2011 128i with 6,000 miles for 29,750. Automatic, space gray metallic with premium package and alarm. I bought the car from a BMW dealer.

I think the local market has a lot to do with it also. In NJ/NY the cars were going for a lot more, so I went to PA and got a 2009 128i convertible with 6,000 mi, cold weather package, upgraded sound package for $26,000. Its immaculate.

I also searched and looked what was around for about 6 months.

That's a good deal, but I didn't want to spend above $24k

Milage is a bit high for that price IMO. I'd get them to either cpo it or drop the price by 2k.

Ive seen 135i's down here for 25 with 30ish thousand miles, that 128i is overpriced.

At the time (Nov 2010)
31,300 miles
Cold weather
Sport
Premium
Bluetooth, iPod
Leather
6spd Steptronic w/paddles.
