Bought an oil cooler a couple of weeks ago, a problem with the order came up. Christine was the the person I was in contact with. Not only emailed me but phoned me as well to get things sorted out as quick as possible. Very friendly, awesome customer service.

I would and will deal with them again.

+1. Christine was super helpful when placing my order. Thought it was interesting when she said..."You're spending a lot of money so it is important that we get this right". Now tell me, when is the last time you have heard anyone make that comment? Just goes to show you that she really cares about the customer.
