Unhappy Limp Mode under WOT please help I've tried everything and the shop returned the car.

Good Afternoon,
Please help because I'm losing my mind when it comes to this car, I'll try to make this very easy to read.

Car: 2009 auto 135i with charge pipe (replaced after problem first started), agency power axle back exhaust, dual cone air filter, mhd stage 1+

problem: under wide open throttle on mhd 1+ tune the car goes into limp mode in the higher rpms.

Codes:
-DME active codes
30 FC- turbo charger, charge-air pressure too low, leak-tightnesss
30 FF- DME; turbocharger, charge-air pressure too low.

DME shadow (inactive) codes- 2AAF- DME Fuel pump, plausibility.

Things ive done to repair it:
replaced charge pipe- did nothing
took it to the shop- after 4 days they said they:
1) checked the terminals for a logic box that sometimes causes the car to have issues
2) smoked the car and found a small vacume leak that they fixed, (i took the car and returned it the same day because that didnt fix anything) they told me they smoked it again and have no idea what the issue is now, I'm down 500 bucks and the issue is still here.
3)I took the tune back to stock and now the issue goes away, as soon as I re apply the tune, the problem comes back.

few disclaimers:
*I don't want this to sound like I'm blaming the tune, the tune is amazing, easy to use and not having it right now is depressing me so much I'm thinking about getting rid of the car.

I've looked in these forums a lot in the past few months and tried a lot, so please dont give me the go search the forums instead of asking here first I have been looking a lot, I'm trying throttle body addaption reset because some guys said it worked for him.

I'm in St. louis if you guys know have any connections with shops here that you trust, that wont charge me 500 bucks and then tell me they dont know.

I beat a F430 with the car in the tune from a stand still, this car was a monster before this and I need you guys to bring my monster back, the stock car is terrible

Could be lots of things... could be bad boost solenoid, maybe you should bring it to a dealer and pay the 150-200 to have them diag it. Doesn’t sound like the shop you brought it to knows much about these engines.

Also could be the high pressure fuel pump or sensor causing the plausibility code, but that doesn’t usually cause boost pressure faults.

Do the symptoms occur when running MHD S1 instead of the 1+?

You didn't mention having an upgraded intercooler, which is encouraged for S1+. My 2009 with auto trans was not happy with the 1+ until after I installed an aftermarket IC, but now I can beat on it like a red headed step child with no codes...

30FF is the inlet manifold pressure not reaching that being requested from the turbocharger. if you did a smoke test and it passed as you say check the boost solenoid, if the needle shakes or doesn't hold 20 inches of vacuum its the solenoid, do the same with the wastegate diaphragm. After that its the CHAR on the turbo.

INSTA diag software has a test plan for this.

Lots of ideas, but no response from the opening

I'm still thinking that if it's fine on map 0, but has issues on 1+, and no word yet on how it behaves on s1, that it's just over-mapped for the mods.

The codes are turbo related, I'd check for any leaks...wastegates could be leaking and they don't have to rattle to cause reduced performance from the tune...
Maybe some high-end BMW specialist shop can analyze it for you...wrex90 post#6 looks like a good place to start. Have you tried euperformance.com?
they are in St Louis...

I had a previous car that would do something like this, it got worse over time until it would no longer make full boost on the stock tune either. Wastegate wear was so bad that the wastegates wouldn't close enough to make boost, the car needed new turbos. It had 158k miles. Here is a video showing the problem I had (not my video):

This could also be a boost leak or boost controller solenoid like others have stated, and I would 100% get a smoke test and check the solenoids before jumping the to conclusion that the most expensive option (turbos) are bad. I also tried new vacuum lines from the vacuum pump to the canisters, canisters to solenoids, and from the solenoids to the wastegates.
