What tires would be good on a 128i cabrio?

Once my car is broken in, I am thinking about getting better tires. The factory ones are Goodyear NCT runflats, and are considered to be grand touring summer tires,

Since my other car is an Elise and doesn't go out when itnis really cold outside, what tire might make a great improvement but still be a year round version? Yokohama makes the Advan Neova AD08, which is the successor to my Lotus AD07s (fantastic handling tires) but they can only be driven to 14 degrees f. Micheline has the Pilot Sport A/S that can be driven in light snow in a pinch. Would that tire be a good choice over the run flats?

The other alternative would be to put the AD08s on the m sport wheels and get a set of wheels for winter with snow tires.

Ideas?
