F-series performance steering wheel

I love the way it looks.

Is it possible to get that steering wheel into the 1m coupe?

read somewhere in this forum that F series ones may fit E series after some mod'ing. I have both performance wheels for my cars and agree with you, the F series wheel does look heaps fresher and better.

The z4 e89 sport wheel is similar. Recently installed one w/ no problems. It's an m-sport edition w paddles, heat, and the upgraded plush leather otherwise not found in heated wheels.

Itll fit no problem but cruise control and vibration functions won't work.... And who knows, maybe the entire multifunction button panel is wired differently. It will physically fit though. Keep in mind, the links you provided are for wheels w.o the airbags and button panels which are $$$$$

Hi All, not sure if all still around, but I thought I would light up this post again. So I know for afact that the F10 Steering wheel as specified above, does fit the E9X vehicles. There is a YouTube video showing this. I do know for a fact that the E9X steering wheel fits the E82.

The problem all may have and woul ne dto check very carefully is the spline where the steering wheel fit onto, if the steering wheel does not fit, the retro is to hammer it on to fit.

I have no pictures, but I do know that many BM's can have the steering wheels fitted to diferent verions, as I did it a few years ago to my 125i and to my X5.

I would still be interested to know if anyone ever did this this mod
