It would have been nice to see a BMW 1 Series M Coupe, EVO, II or III.

Well, I've found the blue Kyosho 135i and GT Spirit 1 M for some great prices so I'm now contemplating buying them.

I felt I had to buy this model as Corgi is the first manufacture to make my favourite car of all time, it looks terrible in the photo so I hope it is better in the flesh.

Talking of MotoGP how the hell is Rossi whopping the rest of them at his age?

Not only that BMW used to give the BMW 1 Series M Coupés away just for being fast on a MotoGP bike, riding a MotoGP bike has to be one of the best things any man could ever do and they reward them again.

The interior of the Kyosho is really detailed - just look at the photos. I think this is almost on par with autoART... The paint is great and consistent, shutlines as well. Undercarriage is pretty detailed, too. Apart from the wheels, which are really the only big downside, it is worth the money. I paid ca. seventy Euros for it.

The GT Spirit is my first resin model and even though I was concerned that it is gonna feel like a child toy due to not being made from metal, after unwrapping it all the concerns faded away. The exterior is almost perfect. The wheels are not, though: front tires' sidewall is too thin. However, rims and brakes are all nice. Can't say much about the interior obviously, but it looks like they also paid some attention to it. Just no Valencia Orange stitching. And despite the fact that it is resin, it is heavier than the Kyosho. That was a surprise to me. Tinted windows and seats being in different positions are a nice touch - kudos to GT S. It cost almost the same as the Kyosho, was on sale so I just had to jump on it.

All in all, I'm pretty happy.

Anyone know where I might find a 2011 128/135 M-Sport convertible diecast model, preferably in 1:18? Color doesn't matter, as I can always disassemble and paint it Space Gray with gray interior like the wife's car. Also would like to find my 2013 335 M-Sport in Mineral Gray/Coral Red, but again, I can always do my own painting. I did this with a model of my 1997 Porsche Boxster so that they were exactly the same - Arena Red/Gray.

Kyosho has made E88's in 1:18. Search around, there should be a few models still for sale.

This is always the first place to have a look for any BMW models, If you think the BMW website is useless wait untill you see the MINI website.

The only recent BMW with the M Sport package I know about is the 1:18 435i Coupé by GT Spirit.

As I said, for some reason, they don't do M Sport packages.

You could buy the Kyosho E82 and E88 and put the E82 stuff on the convertible (or have it done by someone who does this for money)...
