Kerscher Lip installed (pics)
Finally got my lip on from Brian at Echelon - awesome guy BTW, crazy fast shipping. Nice guy.
Here's a few shots that kinda show close-up how it sits underneath/attaches. I love it - totally beefs up the front end Now I need a slight drop, haha. Sorry for the iPhone pics.

SERIOUSLY considering getting one of these....
How hard was it to install? I've read conflicting reports on what holes are pre-drilled and what hardware it comes with... Looks awesome!! |

And yes, I need a CF spoiler and a CF rear bumper piece (forgot the name lol) - wish those weren't $1K!

I know you might not have any massive humps in the US, but how much clearance from the ground you reckon you've got?
Here in Singapore, we've got to deal with ridiculously absurd angles when going down slopes and massive speed humps on the road. Anyone else with the lip can chime in on your experiences? |

I've had no clearance issues, but, my car is the stock height.
I had a CF lip on my '05 STi that was lowered and I was scraping that on everything. I've taken some pretty extreme angles and no scraping - I'm pleased.

Looks great, I'm considering getting the same for my AW 135i - just deciding whether or not the shipping price is worth it (read: 50% of the unit cost)
Quick question, the bottom edge of the lip, is it a hard edge or is it rounded? I could be wrong, but your photos indicate that the bottom is flat whereas the top surface has a curve to it.

Never had a problem w/ speed bumps and we have a whole variety of them were I live. I do angle transitioning between roads and driveways mostly out of paranoia. The only thing worse than finger nails on a chalk board is CF scraping on asphalt. Out of all of the splitters/spoilers offered for this car, Kerscher is the way to go in my opinion. Its not as pretty as others, its more purposeful looking. Its priced fairly and it looks good on any color. If your not a CF fan (i'm not), its very subtle.
