I am starting this thread to get some dialogue going between the bay area 1 addicts members and hopefully schedule some regular meets. Please introduce yourselves and post photos of your cars if you have any.

Here is my Alpine White 135i. Sonic MS in mountain view has done most of the work on the car.

The current mods are:

M3 Control Arms - Purchased from HPA and Installed by Sonic MS
M3 Sway Bars- Purchased from HPA and Installed by Sonic MS
KW V1's - Purchased and Installed by Sonic MS

Hi 1ers
I'm Joey from downtown SF.
I have a 2011 AW with DCT.

All the mods are under my signature, and installing IP quad exhaust maybe tomorrow or next week. Done all the installation or modify at my body's shop called: Ren Motorsports at San Mateo.

Future mods:
-lowering spring (Eibach or H&R) still cant decide which one
-Spacer
-Alcantara performance steering wheel
-Cobb tunning for N55
-Front lip
-CF mirror cover

How come I never spotted you?? I don't really see a lot of 135i in town. mostly are completely stock or 128i.

I live in the city as well, and mostly see 128is or 135i verts.... if i see any at all.

I'm Matt. 2008 SGM 135i convertible. Car is still a work in progress from a mod standpoint. I am focused more on performance mods as I autocross a couple of times a month and also do some track days.

For a meet, I am at the BMW CCA autocross every month. Best place to see what your car can do at the limit. What is the point of performance mods if you cannot test them out?

i haven't seen your car either. I rarely see any modded BMW's in the city. I have seen a few 335i's.

Any people with any other bmw's are welcome to post in here as well.

How funny it is that I just said I never spot you in town at all. And I just saw your car parked on the Townsend across from Starbucks. Really nice car man!!

Also Spot another Black 135i right in front of City Hall 5 mins before spotted ilikebmxbikes. Car has performance wheel, and exhaust doesn't sound like stock one with Weatherford BMW license plate. Nice car too, and you are slammed... wondering how do you survive in the city.

I'm from San Jose. Had my 135i 'vert since March 2009. It's BSM with tera leather and a moonlight top. Pretty much stock, although I recently dumped the run-flats for Michelin PSS's. I'm thinking about taking BMW up on the performance power kit special in the coming weeks.

I haven't seen a lot of 1'ers on the road until the last 6 months or so. Last weekend I saw three other 135i's in downtown Saratoga.

Matt - I think we met last year at a couple of LPR PCA autocrosses in Marina.

I USED to drive a Alpine White 135i.
One way of knowing who I was, is that I used to sport an HKS BOV.

I'm waiting on my Valencia Orange 1M to arrive for PCD.
