I currently have a turbosmart bov on an ER charge pipe and am looking for something louder like a HKS bov. Is one bov better than the other? Is it just a simple swap or are adapters needed? I personally like the sound of the hks better but have also read good things about the race port and am second guessing myself if I should even attempt to swap it out just for the sound, idk. Thanks for your input.

HKS is definitely on the louder side. probably the loudest one out there. you might be able to get away with an adapter if they make it but i havent seen any. ER welds the flange on per specific BOV such as HKS, Tial, etc so you may have to replace the entire charge pipe.
If thats the case and you're in the market for one, let me know, as im getting ready to part my car out. If youre interested, that will motivate me to get off my butt and actually remove all the parts off my car. |

Turbosmart is the best you can have. Stick with it.
