Thoughts on this 128i 6mt?

Looking for my first bmw and found this about 9 hours away from me. Hoping to get some opinions from more seasoned bmw owners, car has 188k km. Price seems a bit high for the mileage, my limit for a 128i is 10k cad. Is this a good deal otherwise?

I did a long write up recommending this car but my fingers are too big and it got lost somewhere. I own one of these (for 15 years) and would recommend this car at the price.
Don't know where you live but also recommend joining BMWCCA which also gets you membership in your local BMW club.
