"6 of the parts are back ordered".......F****** GREAT! ugh I could have just ordered one and it would be here quicker.

damn that sucks...i know how that feels....when i bought my previous car...i only had it a day and i got rear ended by a stupid lady in the rain....she was blaming it on the weather...hahaha

Yeah the weather is easy to blame lol. I hope no one else damages their 1er I called a bunch of dealerships and none of them keep extra parts on hand because its so new. I probably would of had it fixed by now if it is was 3 series. BE CAREFUL fellow 1addicts!

Wow I just saw this. I just went through a hit of my own, so I know about back ordered parts. It took my dealership a week to get my new rear bumper in.

That hit looks aweful. I agree about trying to get it totaled.

Anyway, if they end up repairing it get performance side skirts put on. I got a free performance exhaust out of my hit.

sorry to hear about your bumper but congrats on the exhaust! who did you talk to about that, the body shop or dealership?
