Genuine BMW 17x3.5" ET30 (p/n 36116750007) steel emergency spare wheel with Kumho T135/80D17 tire (mounted and balanced).

Brand new never used. Kept mostly in a garage in double bags. I was taking it with me only when driving to track events on race tires. Thankfully, never had to use it.

Fits E82, E46 and many E9X BMWs

No, I don't. Instead, I've got a 1.5 ton scissors jack for $20. I've used it a few times when I needed a second jack. Works great.
