PDC Issue

Hey all, so since I got my 135i the PDC has never worked. I have the sensors in the back, but no beeping, no errors on the dash, no water ingress on modules, etc. Just no beeping. All fuses checked.

The thing I can't figure out is I connected INPA to help diagnose the problem, and I got "D_PDC. IFH-0009. No response from control unit, program will be stopped" (see picture attached). Anyone know what it could be?

After ignition is on the PDC ecu is only available when reverse gear has been put in once.

If it is still not responsive, then likely its dead ?
Ista-D (++) will give you a nicer overview of which ECU`s do respond and which not.

Thanks, I'll try and attempt the test when the car is in reverse, ignition on. I'll also have to look into ISTA. Is there any way I can get it easily and for free, for example INPA with Bimmergeeks?

Sounds like a dead module if you can not communicate with it.
