E88 After market install kits for s677a top HiFi stereo??

I've been trying to find a proper adapter (that doesnt cost several hundred dollars) to get an after market stereo in my 2008 e88 with the s677a top HifI kit. Has anyone been able to swap out the deck in an amplified system successfully?

I'm sure I cant be the first person with the top hifi system to swap out the head unit with an aftermarket one? I would like to avoid cutting/splicing factory wires

I would suggest you contact Crutchfield, and specifically Employee #1, Joel Briggs. Crutchfield has great customer service and has been known for some time for selling harness adapter kits for many models. And they're in my hometown! They might be able to help.

Thanks! I was actually looking to order a head unit from them but I'll reach out to them and see if they have the required harness.
