Gas Prices are UP...what brands of gas does everyone use?

I heard all the stories on how different gas brands are better quality and performes better for your car.......Just wondering....what brands does everyone trust and why....The gas prices are up and I was thinking I pay too much for Chevron 91 out here @3.27 per gallon. Whats everones opinion on gas brands???

I use also Shell and 98 ron.I have noticed a difference in top speed and performance. The top speed was up by 7km/h with 98 instead of 95 which is the lowest ron here in Finland.

I use Sasol Turbodiesel (whenever I can) or Total Ecoplus (When i can't get to sasol)

They are the only .05% diesel fuels here...worth the extra money

Neste 98ron or Shell 98ron.
Tests say that these are the best quality fuels available here, Neste Oil's being marginally better. Both are also a little more expensive than the other brands.

I thought the price was dropping? Shell V-power (93) was around 3.19 two weeks ago, now it's 2.97 at the nearest station.

Preferred Gas

Ewrek,
Any 91 Octane should do well. If you can get higher octane you can expect improved performance.

Gas is Gas dont let the oil companies fool you. Take a look at the gas truck when it refills the gas station one hose and one tank!!!!! HMMMMMMM things that make you go hmmmmm. Also I dont see a Octance Detergent Gas truck comming in either hmmmm. All they do is push a button to charge you the different prices lol. Ask the Attendant and he will always say one hose one tank. Anyways I use what ever has the better deal on the pumps all between $3.19 the cheapest Ive seen in the area to $3.39.

Chevron only, I wish we had something higher than 91 octane.

BMW's do run better on 98 RON Shell in Europe. Its well accepted. Some cars do not provide any benefit on higher grade fuels but BMW's do.

I try to use Optimax (RON 98) all the time, but it is pretty expensive in comparison with other brands of Super Unleaded. I think it's £1.03 per litre at the moment
