quesion about alarm

finally this afteroon I just got my 135i.
I want to ask you guys what kinda alarm is recommend and not going to fu*k up the 4year warranty

OEM alarm. But, BMW has not worked out the software issues with the coupe. So, I'm still waiting to get mine installed.

I had my factory alarm insalled by the dealer last April, everything works. Lights flash, siren chirps, motion detector, clown nose blinks etc. Who is telling you there is a software problem?

The BMW alarm is $200, installation is two hours (there is a DIY on this forum), then a computer reprogram is $200.

I had my car delivered July 15. I preordered the alarm at a cost of $337 installed. The dealer told me there is a software issue with the coupe. End of September the software issue with the Vert was solved for the 135i.

There are numerous threads here of people having the same issue as me.

looks like I have to go back to dealer to get the BMW alarm
can anyone tell me how much will be parts and labor
