Check this thread out

There have been a few similar threads, but this one above seems to have had the most responses.

For me it will be short trips to show all the friends I have been boring with my endless discussions about the 135i. It is amazing how every conversation I have been in for the last 3 months somehow has lead to discussions on this little beauty.

Out of Munich to Hohenschwangau to see Neuschwanstein then the next day we go to Salzurg, a few days there then nearly a week in Prague, back through Regensburg and Rothenburg ob Tauber to Munich. I am trying to get enough miles in so the last couple of days on the trip so I can go all out on the Autobahn. Only problem it is two months until I get to drive it again.

I'm trying to find a destination that's roughly 500-600 miles from my house so that I can get the break-in period out of the way.

Cherohala Skyway FTW!! What a great drive!

They call it the 'Mile High Wonder' because it's about 5400' at the top. It was a little foggy at the top when we drove through but it was still an outstanding road.

It's March and you're pulling out of the dealer in your new 1er. Where are you headed first? Favorite piece of road? To your buds so they can drool? Straight home so you can Zaino it?

I'll be picking mine up at the Performance Center, then driving it back to Dallas. Any recommendations for twisties in SC, GA, AL, MS, or LA would be greatly appreciated.
I would bring some painter's tape so you can protect the front end during the drive home. I plan on having the 3M film installed asap.
