Where can I get a Throttle Delay Valve? Help!

I have seen the discussions on the Clutch Delay Valve. I need something like this for the throttle. You see - when I shift from first to second gear ( 6 speed manual), something very strange seems to happen.

All of a sudden, I feel this pressure of my back against the seat, and within a second or two the engine seems to be at 5,000 rpm and I am going too fast!!! What could I be doing wrong?

Perhaps if I could install a throttle delay valve, this wouldn't happen? Does anyone know if this is possible?

Holy crap this car is fast, the torque pull is amazing, like being on a rocket sled. 121 kms, on day 1.
