I've been chatting with Brandon from VMR, who has been great, but just wanted to put it out there for additional comment. Can someone confirm ideal sizing for a completely stock M-sport 135i setup? Looking to stay on 18s.

What did you have to do to make those fit?

M3 control arms, dinan fixed camber plates - I put a 5mm spacer in the front, rears are perfect. Before the spacers I had a bit of rubbing on the struts when turning the wheel all the way, but now i have a bit of rubbing on the fender. I'm planning on doing a fender roll and I think that should take care of it.

Could i get an approximate weight on the V810 and the V705 please. In a 18x8.5 and a 18x9.5. Also curious if you have a 18x10 in an et50 and if you have had anyone try to run one. The math checks out, a 18x9.5 et57-45 takes up the same space as a 18x10 et50.

Also a more general question for anyone, is running a thinner tire in the rear like you are not ideal? I have seen some tire setups on this thread using the same aspect ratio/height tires for front and rear and just want to educate myself about the differences. Thanks! ![]() |
