how to revert bimmerlabs tune to stock?

HI there I just flashed my ECU to the bimmerlabs tune.

It's great, but the start up process has me worried. It idles rough for a few seconds and then squeaks as the idle settles down to 600RPM.

I see 4 stock DME files on the bimmerlabs page, but am unsure which one to flash to make my 128i go back to normal.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easier to fix what’s wrong with your engine no?
Plugs, coils, etc?

I did all those already. When the car was stock it did not make any of these weird start up sounds or rough idle.

it feels like to me the engine is trying to adjust the AFR, and/or the VVT motor/ Vanos solenoids as the car starts up and settles down. Maybe a vacuum leak?

Having an N51, there's nothing for me here, but are there any adaptations to reset or new ones from the tune for the rest of the system to adapt to?

did you ever get this figured out? Im noticing higher long term fuel trims on my car post-tune (5% stock, 10% with tune).
