Door Trim Removal

Hey guys,

Has anyone removed their door trims? What's required? Is there a shop manual someone can point me to?

Here's the reason I ask. My [inside] passenger door handle seems to be detached at the very bottom where it joins the door. I'm wondering if the people who tinted my windows broke it when removing the door trim, or if it came that way from the factory. Or if it's simply detached and it's a simple fix, hence why I would love to see some sort of shop manual or door trim how to...

When the music is turned up high, on songs with a lot of bass, something from the passenger door starts rattling. I'm wondering if it's whatever is supposed to be holding my inside door handle...
