I am the third owner and i bought it here on 1Addicts back in May. Here's a list of mods it came with along with what i have added.....

- Mfactory LSD – Motul 300 fluid – Lifetime Warranty

New RedStuff pads and new brake sensors for all four corners on the way and will be installed within the next week.

I have a folder of all receipts, original window sticker, MFactory Diff warranty card etc. and also have - Magazines 135i featured in
- Year one-of-one book with other little goodies such as original bmw pen, poster, etc.

I did a full paint correction detail a few months back. Paint is in excellent condition!

I am currently running a custom E50 MHD map made by MoorePreformance tuning Solutions. Car pulls hard and drives super smooth! Should be in the neighborhood of 450whp/450tq. During the custom tune i wanted to leave plenty of headroom to turn it up if i wanted. As it sits, it's a safe tune with no fear of the motor being at its limit.

When i bought the car it had just turned 42,000 miles. I drove it from Raleigh NC to Phoenix AZ. So that's were most of the mile difference came from. This is a car i would drive on the weekend. Has been stored in a climate controlled garage and from what I've been told it's been garaged it's whole life. I would like to think this is one of the cleanest, low mileage 08 1ER's you'll find anywhere. Clean, clear title in hand. Vin# WBAUC73578VF22387. I paid 25K for it back in May. Taking a hit for what i am asking now but my loss your gain.

I live 5 minutes from Phoenix International airport. If you flew in i could pick you up. If it is shipped, transporter can pick up at my house.

Nexus 7 tablet and D-Can cable will be included. Custom E50 map, Ethanol maps and Stage 2+ Pump gas maps are included. Exhaust gaskets at downpipes replaced at the time relocated inlets were installed as well as new V-bands on the exhaust side of turbos. I also have 4 BMS jack pad adapters and a PR fuel pump lock ring tool.

New red stuff pads front and rear arrived today. I plan on installing them in the next couple days along with new brake sensors on all four corners.

Car will receive a full detail by me....Light polish followed up with sealant and wax.
