You're welcome! I guess "I drive a GTI but I want a Cayman R" is better than "I drive a GTI"? lol show us your Cayman R, I would love to see some pictures and videos of a first hand owner since I've thought about considering the car...the 1M still owns my heart though, more practical for me.

Don't laugh about my GTI, it's a nice car!

About the R, sure! Production finishing date is currently 29th of June, but I still hope it'll move towards midth of June. But as long as it doesn't move backwards, it's fine.

I still like the 1M very much too, but after all that ordering-hassle with BMW I found love somewhere else
More practical it is, but I reconsidered my needs and I'm fine with the loss of comfort and therefore gain of sportiness.

Edit: And something for the topic:
The Cayman R is also produced in a limited quantity. Basically the same as with the 1M: Not limited but Porsche will not pop out a very large ammount of them.
BUT: The process is much more simple: First come first serve. The monthly based thing that BMW does is a menace to it's customers. Just my 2 cents.
