Can someone look at this 3rd gear pull log?

Been having some issues with my 135i n55 after I replaced the valve cover gasket. Started sounding like a diesel. Figured the fuel injectors clogged up so I replaced them. Now I'm getting some shaking and rev movement at a standstill.

Car has 100k miles. Cobb downpipe, CSF Intercooler, Remus catback exhaust...

Your wgdc base is all over the shop. Did you replace all vacuum hose and boost solenoid cable properly?
