I <3 Plasti Dip!

I've done my grilles, Wheels , and performance spoiler.
I thought about doing my roof too.

This stuff holds up pretty well.
My grilles have been dipped for 5k or so and there isnt a single blemish

2 thumbs waaaaaay up for this!

So far I've just done the grill, fuel door cover and tail light guards on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Though I did do a set of Tii stripes on my 135 just for giggles and took it right back off.

Very nice! But as a perfectionist you should have extended the shorter line down to the side skirts.

I showed a friend of mine this thread (he drives a Dodge), and he asked if the Plasti Dip would provide any protection as a bra. Obviously, it wouldn't provide nearly as much as a real bra, but would it protect against minor chips and damage?

It probably would. Especially with multiple applications

It will be smooth if done properly. Check out the dipyourcar channel on youtube.

I recently got my window trim and wheels done...I'll post pics of it up close when I have a chance.

here is my attempt at AMG135i's art. (with his permission)

I got a great consistancy on the outcome, but I rushed in pulling off the tape. Therefor I will be redoing the job this weekend as the paint peeled up on the edges.

here is some during photos.

I have more on my phone but need to upload them.

thanks for the advice AMG135I I need to even out the lines, and take more care in removing the tape.

Thanks.
