BMW of San Francisco
Just an enthusiastic endorsement for Client Advisor Sergei Beloi for his straighforwardness, honesty and helpfulness. The experience from start to finish was a very pleasant one.

I don’t like BMW of San Francisco, because they put annoying sticker with their name on every car they sell. I cannot imagine being a free advertisement w#$re.

I tried to buy a car from San Francisco BMW. They made it difficult as if the dealer was doing me a favor. Selected Sonnen BMW in San Rafael, CA. They delivered my 135i last week. Great service and genuinely dedicated to customer service.

Per my post here, http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6597, BMW SF won't do Euro delivery, so major demerit in my book. I'm going to look elsewhere, perhaps to Sonnen. gorchi, who was your sales person at Sonnen? Thanks.

I thought I would add my same comment from post above (link).
I will NEVER set foot in BMW of San Francisco again. They attempted to repair an M3 I had after it was hit in the rear. After going back many times for follow up repairs because they kept not getting it right over the following year the right rear suspension and tire failed. The rear snapped around on the freeway, car hit center divider, and rolled four times. My family walked away from it, but I required five and a half hours of surgery. When the CHP did their report BMW SF flat out lied and told them they warned me not to take the car because it was unsafe. I settled with their insurance company, but will go to my grave with sincere hate for those people. - George

When hunting down which dealer to go to in the Bay Area. SF BMW did not match or even counter my FAX offer. I guess they didn't want or need my business. So I took it elsewhere.

I bought some accessories from this place and they are liars on the price. I called and they gave me a price and then i went down there to buy the items and they mark it up. What the hell. Stay away from this place.
