Did anyone get their front fenderliners replaced at any Belgium BMW dealer (which one?). Did the dealer acknowledge that Puma 49636119-01 was available or known to them?

Did you introduce your problem as related to the winter tires setup or related to something else (what?)

Several did that I know of.

When making an appointment for your next interval service, just ask any official BMW M dealer to use the occasion to replace fender liners as explained by BMW PuMA case reference 49636119-01. An appointment is made. No questions are asked. Car goes into service. You get your car back and you'll notice that these feature new fender liners (slightly different design). Free of charge - no word about it on the invoice for your interval service.
And when they hand you back your keys and you ask "whether the fender liner issue is now solved", they may eventually crack the joke "What problem ? Don't remember ?"

Hello Belgian 1M fans, my name is Max and I live in the south of Limburg.

I'm currently on the lookout for an AW 1M to supplement our e88 cabriolet and X3. I've located one in Germany but it has the chrome strips around the roof. Can these be replaced by the black chrome strips ?

Do you mean like these?

If so, these are just laid over the top of the original painted roof strips.
Tear those nasty things off and it should be like it was when new.

You can also buy new ones from BMW, they are called Turret moulds and they just clip on to the car however they come unpainted. You will need to have them painted first.

nice pics,

If you don't mind me asking:
- what is the color code/RAL/definition of your rims?
- What AE solution do you have (great color match)
