I've got a 2012 135i coupe for sale - it isn't a 6 speed, but car is completely stock and has a bunch of options, plus recently done maintenance (4 x Michelin Pilot Super Sports, front brakes, brake fluid flush, synthetic oil change/filter, etc).

Keep looking, be very patient. Most of us with 6MT want to hang onto our cars.

I really can't blame ya! I think the 1er w/ 6mt really embodies the values of the brand we once knew/grew up with

Good luck with your search! I just recently decided I want a 1er so am now in the same boat as you but have only been looking for about week - well, more trying to research and learn than actually find the exact car to buy. From what I've seen the manuals are quite rare (at least in terms of what's for sale). My heart tells me I should hold out for a manual but part of me is wondering if the DCT would be worth compromising to make the search easier and to make traffic more manageable. I suppose I should probably go test drive each - if I can find some locally to test!

I'm actually selling mine but I'm in Toronto, Canada. Not sure how worth it would be for you to travel to see it but thought I'd share just in case:
