Houston: Apex Arc 8 Silver with 245 / 265 Tires
Apex Arc 8 wheels, silver, in near perfect condition with Hankook R-S3 tires, barely used. TPMS sensors included. No curbing or mounting scratches at all. Couple of microscopic rock chips, these wheels are really in good condition.
This setup would cost you over $2400 mounted and balanced. Price $1300 picked up. This is a perfect agressive street or track setup. These are ET38 so you should use camber plates with the front wheels to stuff such a fat front tire under the fender. If you are looking for wider rubber, there is no better setup. Dallas or Austin, im willing to meet half way! Steven 281-650-5335 Last edited by stevenc; 10-02-2011 at 04:38 PM.. |

Looks like the perfect set for the track. Is there any rubbing? How much camber do you have? Are you using vorshlag plates? I just had vorshlag plates installed for the track, but there's a clunk sound every time I go over a dip or drop in the pavement. Do you have this sound too? Thanks!

^ this is the perfect track setup. I never got around to getting camber plates installed, so they rub right now. According the the manufacturer you need about 1.5-2.0 degrees to stop the tires from rubbing.
If you search around, people say clunk sound from the volshlag plate is the strut nut not being tight enough. Cheers Steven |
