Engine Hoses, Part #s

Anyone know of the part number for the hose as seen in the pictures below?

I installed the oil catch can, but upon installation i broke one of the clips to the hoses (see oil residue). I checked with realoem, and haven't fared well in finding the part and part number.

If this happened to you too, you prolly have oil leaking everywhere too. Help!
