2013 BMW 135i with M Sport package with 6-speed manual transmission
Hello. I created an account after chatting with a potential buyer who was interested in my car. It wasn't the exact Unicorn he was searching for so he moved on, but suggested I list the car here for sale. I wish I had joined this forum sooner. I had a 2008 135i that I loved and cherished and had to let go in 2014. In March 2017 I stumbled on this one and nabbed it. About a week after I picked it up, my brother passed away. It was a chaotic time, I ended up buying his car from our parents and probably largely for sentimental reasons, I drive his car every day. I gave it a few years thinking the passion to drive my 135i would return, but it really hasn't, it's just not the same. Which is why I am finally selling this. I love the 135i, it's a true enthusiasts car and I want it to go to a fellow enthusiast. Testing the waters here on price, but used car prices are quite high right now because of the semiconductor shortage and lack of new cars on the market. Also, this seems to be an exceptionally rare combo of features with low miles. Photos can be viewed on craigslist ad. I bought the car with something like 34,750 miles on it and now it has 41,029 miles. It had new tires put on right before I bought it. I have since replaced one with exact same thing due to a bubble in sidewall. It's had 3 oil changes all synthetic. Tomorrow it's going in to have the oil filter housing gasket replaced. They caught it early, found it when I brought it in for the airbag replacement. This was a summer sunny day weekend car for me, never seen road salt, garage kept and well cared for. You can call or text me at my shop with questions - 203-778-3330. Here are all the details on the car. ***EDIT 5/21: Turns out it didn't need the gaskets changed, they were perfect. The dealer was just trying to squeeze $1300 out of me when I brought it in for the airbag recall. It was residual oil left over from a sloppy oil change. All cleaned up by my local independent shop.*** 2013 BMW 135i with M Sport package and 6-speed manual transmission featuring stunning coral red leather interior and anthracite headliner. WBAUC9C52DVY60203. No engine upgrades or modifications. I own a specialty car audio shop so this vehicle is being offered with or without the premium stereo components that we installed which includes: BMW specific Audison front speakers, JL Audio 5-channel amplifier, JL Audio 12W6 subwoofer and premium Mosconi Bluetooth audio interface wired to the AUX input (from under the console no visible wiring into the face of the input). Price is $24,500 with the stereo or $23,500 without. Once you hear it, you'll probably want me to leave it in there. Stereo retail value is $2,800. Second owner. Interesting. I have a stack of high end audio components sitting in my office. I go back and forth about whether I should install them in my 1 or not (weight). The high placement of the mid and tweeter makes for great imaging, but I'm just not sure about running a midbass under the seats and there's no place else to mount one without severely hacking the door. Anyway, I'm glad to see someone else put in the effort.

We do it all day long. If you don't want the weight of a traditional subwoofer there are BMW specific replacement mid basses that will fit in the OEM location under the seats both from Audison and Match. But honestly, the stock under seat speakers sound great if you just give them some decent, clean power. So in all the BMW's I've ever owned (2011 335xi, 2008 135i, 2013 135i, 2013 M3) or whenever we do any audio upgrade here in the shop we always put cleaner power to those stock "subs" and clients are always super impressed the the cleaned up/additional output. They only need about 75 RMS to shine. If you don't want a cut/splice job, check out the Match amp upgrades that are plug and play.
