dinan or berk technology exhaust?

Hey guys, currently I have straight pipe with AA headers but it is TOO LOUD. I’m looking at the dinan muffler or the berk technology muffler. Which one sounds better with our cars? Does anyone have it currently installed and can send me clips of how it sounds? Thank you.

I 100% agree with looking on YouTube, cause that’s how I decide on what muffler I bought (Eisenmann). But also test things out before junping the gun on doing exhaust changes. If you are looking to quiet things down mufflers and cats will do it for the most part. To clean up an unwanted sounds look at anti drone mufflers (if sticking with straight pipe) and resonators. Also look at n52/51 exhausts in general. Yes there could be a tone difference with the length of piping but for the most part they will be the same. Look at other exhaust setups and see how they change the sound/loudness. Get a good pair of headphones and keep the volume the same. Lastly to have good sound and good performance will cost (Stainless Steel V. Inconel).

Appreciate the reply man! I went with the dinan muffler. I paid 710$ for it. I liked it better than berk from YouTube videos because it had a deeper tone. How is the eisenmann treating you? That exhaust is expensive ! I believe it’s like 3k right?

The Eisenmann is good, I got the sport muffler but not the race resonator section as well. It’s hard to tell in the car, but outside of the car when it gets past 3.5k it gets a little raspy (like an older BMW). But inside of the car you hear it but it not loud or anything, sounds like a stock m-car. If I was going to do anything else to the car’s exhaust it would be adding the euro exhaust. But I could put that money into getting the 3 stage intake manifold and some suspension parts.
