Ha first two stages were quick as hell. Stages 1 and 2 were lots of pretty simple stuff. Exterior body work, interior work, bolt on performance parts. Now we are getting into the deep end. Stages 3, 4, 5, and 6 are where we take this thing to another level performance wise. Will probably take me a month for each stage 3-6 now.

Stage 3 has to be costly -- I'd have a very very hard time not throwing all that money at your F82 instead!

Eh, did wheels/tires, exhaust, and some exterior mods to the F82. Not doing anything else to it. It is perfect as it is. This is going to be my new track car so have to get it up to snuff. I'll still take the E36 every now and then but its got a 72k miles on it now. Want to give it a bit of a break.

Sorry for Delay

Sorry for delay on thread y'all.. Was in a pretty bad wreck and been held up. Was driving with a buddy of mine in his Nissan Xterra. Thing was pretty bad ass. Lifted, Big Cooper STT Pro Mud Tires, CAI etc.. Well an old woman decided to blow a red light and smash into the back of us. We ended up smashing into the car in front of us and of course the car in front of us rear ended the car in front of them.. So many lol. 3 Cars totaled and her car of course was just font end damage. She is in some big trouble as she had a suspended license. If my legs weren't so banged up from being smashed under the dashboard I would have Bruce Lee kicked her in the face. Starting to feel better, will get to uploading the pictures and go over the mods that have been done shortly. Thanks guys and gals.

Ouch. glad to hear you're Okay. I don't know what it is about drivers these days, and it's not just the cellphone generation. it seems like nobody even cares what color the traffic lights are. Maybe the gluten is causing color-blindness.. Get some photos posted when you feel up to it. We are all very interested.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I have no idea either. It is like everyone feels so safe in their cars these days. Like they are invincible. Half the drivers I see aren't paying attention to the road or whats going on around them. Too busy doing their makeup, on their phone, eating, etc... Doing everything but driving. I could see in my rearview she clearly knew she was doing something wrong because she floored it when the light was turning and then it went into slow mo before the accident. So frustrating. Just glad we were both ok and that I was not one of my cars lol.

I'm a diehard manual fan, but let the man makes his own decisions!

Glad to hear you're alright. I would love to hear a follow-up on this once it happens. I'm sure the insurance companies are gonna have a field day.

Anybody ever hear any more from Kturbos? Was looking forward to seeing pics of his car and he was excited to post them. But then there was that accident he was in. Been a little while now. Hope he's okay. Maybe he got too busy with other things...

Love the build and hope you come out okay. I got my 128 after not having a sporty car in a couple of years after a red light runner took out my Audi TT.
She was driving a Exterra.

I was in touch with him about something via PM's and he dropped off the face of the earth a while back so not sure what's up.

Anyone else have the AFE stage 2 Intake? They did a shitty job with the boot that attaches to the TB. It's too short and is a really tight fit. I had to buy an aftermarket boot to make sure everything was connected correctly. Anyone else find they made it too short? It sounds and performs great. But for the price, I expect the product to fit without any issues. May get another Intake just for that fact lol.
Yes, I grumbled about that. Spent more time getting it secured with the clamp-that was a PITA-that it was secure. N52 'rocks just a wee bit, while
the aFe box is semi rigid attached. Popin' off was a worry.

7-13mm more could have immensly improved the value proposition!

Oiled too. Scoopers to complete it. BUT, new resonances orig IM 2700 down to 2500... no extra charge, and a coupla more decelerating@higher revs.

I like it-at full chat snarls angry over 4k
