Style 112s
Hey guys, new to the forums, I bought my 128i about a month ago (for $1000) and have been browsing ever since.
I plan on doing some autox this year and the 205 run flats that I got with the car are dreadful. Suspension is completely stock right now, and based on what I've read I should be able to fit 245/40r17 square. I can get a good deal on some style 112s which are 17x8 et46. Is anyone else here running a similar setup? And if anyone happens to have a car with 112s on it I'd love to see it, thanks

Go to willthey()fit.com
(remove the () ) They have an awesome little graphic for offsets and whatnot. Also, $1000??? How?!

17x8 et46 fits on the car. The 8 inch width is the min tire width to run 245s. Will it fit without rubbing, dunno. Maybe

Just as a point of reference, I run 255/40R17 on a staggered set of wheels (due to street class rules) for autocross.
Front: 17x7.5 ET41 Rear: 17x8.5 ET50 Much better grip and a little better balance than stock, and not much rubbing that I've noticed.
