Wondering if your front lip would fit an E87 with M-tech front bumper?

I'm not 100% sure mate. I know for sure it will fit the 125i and 135i M Sport front bumper. Your bumper looks a lot like it, can you confirm that it is the M Sport?

By the way, the iCarbon lip I have for sale is the rev1 version, not the rev2. I never attempted the install for this lip as I had another one sent out to me but I know for certain it will require a bit more effort to make it fit perfectly. I had a hard time fitting my rev2 iCarbon lip as well. Anyways I'm happy to let this go cheap if you are genuinely interested. Once it is installed it looks identical to the rev2 iCarbon lip.

Yes, it should fit fine on your M Sport bumper. The iCarbon lip would look sweet on your car. I get plenty of looks with mine, I can't imagine my car without it.

Based on that picture it would definitely not fit the 130i M Sport. It looks like it will only fit the 1 series coupe M Sport. Good to know though

Correct, it shouldn't matter. Only put it on there to demonstrate how little use it got (hell, i sold the car with only 16,000kms on it)

Sale of my beloved 123D :(

Hi guys,

Due to a couple of reasons, I have had to make an agonising decision to sell my current BMW. One reason being to buy an automatic one as my partner cannot drive manual. The other reason being the rise in interest rates for my mortgage is been painful.

Anyway I will post details of my sale tonight via carsales and will post the link when I set up the advertisement but thought I'd post it here first before I post it on carsales.

I bought my BMW at end of May 2010 brand new.

Details:
2010 BMW 123D
Alpine White in colour
6spd manual transmission
M sport package
Sunroof
Sat Nav (iDrive)
Leather and heated seats
Ipod connectivity to the iDrive
Tinted windows
Brushed aluminium strips on dash
Factory BMW Car mats included

5,200kms on the clock

Driveaway price: approx $70,000
Price: $62,000

If you're seriously interested or know of anyone, please pass this on - please PM me or SMS me on 0409745288.

Thanks guys!
Ed

just FYI, glass' guide puts your car at 41k-51k for private sale, so given your options a more realistic asking price would be 55k. obviously it's a fine balance between having a low enough price to attract attention, and high enough to give you room to bargain.

Chylld, thanks for the heads up/tip!! I actually thought the same but a friend urged me to put it at that price. After much thought and feel dropping the price is more realistic, I have dropped $5,000 off the original asking price.

Cheers :thumbs up:

Completely off topic but if anyone in Melbourne is interested in quarter final tennis tickets for tonight session let me know! Heading down today but we were hoping to see federer. We managed to get day tickets so our night tickets we don't really need.

They are in lower section 9 I think row O, we have two available.

Just a quickie.
I have these on Ebay and a guy is trying to knock me down in price because he says that BMW are selling a new set for $2600 as 'surplus stock'.
Does this sound like bollocks or plausible.
Why would they have surplus stock? Additionally, each tyre costs $750 new!

They have Goodyear RFTs - 205/45 R18 (front) and 225/40 R18 (rear).
Plenty of tread left (see pics).

One wheel has some kerb rash, but they are all in good shape.

Looking for - $1,500 or whatever they are worth on here.

I wouldn't go lower than $1000. You should be able to find a buyer at about $1200 considering the tyres are good, otherwise $1000 should be low enough to get a somewhat quick sale.

ps: sounds plausible. The wheels still appear on new E87s, so a buyer might have asked the dealership to install BMW Performance Wheels for them post-delivery.
