Uuuh ... pointless imho.
The V10 is a great 'Autobahn' engine but not really suited for anything else. The original 1M is ok'ish on highways, but great fun at any other road type. My 2 cents |

"Hey look! We put a V10 in a 1M! Here's some pictures of a 1M with stickers saying V10 on the side!"
Where the hell are the pictures of the engine bay FFS? Seriously. Who posts pics of a mod the've done to their car without posting pictures of the ACTUAL MOD??? |

The car in the vid is a rebuilt 2008 1er coupe by the same company, anyway: http://www.tj-fahrzeug-design.com/1e...0-5-0-smg.html Cheers Robin |

S85 is a beautiful piece of engineering, but in 90% of situations an N54 would feel stronger. You have to reach way up top in the rev range to get good power from the NA V10, for far less money they could have just gone with a 6466 single that would walk on a S85 powered car, and still have a much better power curve for real-life driving. It is a very cool experiment though, and that’s probably all this car was meant to be.

Good luck finding an insurance company on that one.
