OEM 1M bumpers for 2011 135i M sport?

Hey guys and gals, Ive been doing a little homework on putting some OEM 1M bumpers on my 2011 135i M sport. I did search the forums and im coming up with conflicting answers. my question is

Will the 1m bumpers fit the 135i and look right?

It seems many people are saying that the 1m has wider fenders and the 135i will not look right with 1m bumpers without fenders.

Any input? I'm a bit confused. Thanks ahead of time.

You will need more than just a bumper to make the OEM 1M bumper work because its wider than the 135i. You'll need the 1M fenders, liners, air ducts, etc and still need a creative way to make the side skirts match/line up. If you just want the look I recommend looking at replica bumpers (1M Style) made for the 135i that only require changing the front bumper.

Take a look at my album from when I did my OEM front conversion. Might help in your decision. https://flic.kr/s/aHskPZ3atz

Also here is a good DIY (use a Chrome extension to make the pictures work) http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1058161

This is how a OEM 1M bumper would look like with 135i fenders:

Here is how my car turned out with the 1M front and 135i rear. Note that I plan out doing the 1M rear conversion.

Or there is the 1m rep that's available from ECS/Turner.

Mind if I ask what paddle shifters your using and how intuitive they are to swap. Love the newer look of yours as opposed to the regular DCT paddles
