BMW 1 club in Montreal?

Anyone interested in forming a 1 club in Montreal?

I would love to be a part of a club where we could compare 1s, and hook up perhaps near the BMW performance driving school in Tremblant.

Just an idea. Let me know if anyone is interested. I guess we could start something if there are 5+ people.

Interested. Should get mine in 5-6 weeks from now and I intend on tracking it at Tremblant with the BMW or Audi NA club so we could meet there too.

I'm actually working on a site that should be up in 2-4 weeks.

I reserved bmw1.ca, and I have a really good team working on the site.

I'm thinking of an event in the Mont Tremblant area.

I will firm up a venue once I start seeing some confirmations.

Due to the low confirmation rate, I am going to push this to a new tentative date of November 15.

I'd like to see at least 5 people confirm their interest in attending a get together.

I think it would be fantastic if we could get together, talk about our experience with the 1, take some photos, go for a drive, and perhaps a beer afterwards and keep talking about the 1

I am in the midst of building a website which will make this initiative for get togethers: more organized and attract more attention. In the future, my plans include going to the racetrack in Tremblant and really testing the 1. We might have to do this in spring/summer.

Currently, I feel that the main issue is there are not enough 1ers in this area, on this forum, looking at this post.

This will all change with the website.

Right now, I'm just looking for a group of about 5 people.

Let me know if you are interested in a get together on NOV 15, and we'll get something going!
