Help identify Coolant Hose leak

My 135i sprung a coolant leak, got a shot of it in action but it was a bit hard to see. Looks like a hose has a pinhole which caused it to start squirting.

You can see the squirting coolant in this pic. The direction its spraying out is from the engine towards the front of the car. Its spraying directly at my radiator fan and soaking it

Anybody know which hose this is?

Just to add, the ECS billet adapter replaces the plastic OE piece original to the car

Thanks for the post NorthernDancer, I was able to watch basically every coolant leak related video on youtube and found that hose eventually. I was able to verify the leak on my car, barely touched the hose and it completely cracked off and started pouring coolant all over my work parking lot. The flange is completely brittle and crumbling.

Ordered the Rein replacement flange off of FCPEuro since the hose itself appeared to be in good condition. On another note, looks like a lot of old oil/grime buildup on the bolts in that area.. Will have to tackle the OFHG change soon.

Does anybody know if the 135i radiator fan is clipped in or has a screw on the bottom requiring unbolting the under tray or can I just unscrew and lift it up from the top? I know some BMW's dont require access from the bottom, just more work to do in the work parking lot.

I ended up fixing my car in the parking lot after waiting for the part to come in. I didn't remove the radiator fan to change the flange. I was mostly able to do all the work without removing anything but ended up removing the beauty cover just to get slightly more space from the top and angling my arm/hand in.

I just went through a similar experience, albeit I was going 80 on the freeway five miles from the nearest exit when this cheeky little part decided to dump all my coolant. I recommend getting an aluminum replacement rather than sticking with the OE part. They're known to randomly fail, sometimes catastrophically, look up "Mickey Mouse flange".
