HPFP/Audio Problems

Brought my 2009 135i in yesterday for occasional long crank times and occasional non-working audio system. Got the software upgrade for the car which is suppose to fix the audio problem according to SIB 651609. I quote the paperwork I was given when I picked-up my car regarding the long crank time; "Vehicle was programmed for radio issue and its possible the issue may not come back do (sic) to updated vehicle". Sure hope they are right. Getting the hpfp replaced sure has gotten harder.

About a week with the reprogrammed car. Radio starts up each time, no long cranks. I know this is not enough time to judge the effects of the new software, but the oil temperature is now 10 to 15 degrees lower than before. Is this for real?

It has been nearly three weeks with the software update and all continues to work well. As I stated earlier, the oil temperature now is running 10 to 15 degrees lower. I thought the car was peppy before, but now it is even better. Can this be for real?
