Powder coating in Germany
Any of you guys know where a good wheel powdercoater is near Spangdahlem AB ?
I heard of one may be in Binsfeld. But not much info on Binsfeld or where a company is located that can powdercoat there...

It's affiliated with a detail shop called Car Cosmetic Weber. The email, which of course military filters out, is carcosmetic-weber.de (idk if they have english on it) and the phone number for the shop is 0631-37066-55. They may direct you to the wheel guy next door but they all work together for deatils etc. These guys also support M-Flight and do big money cars. I've seen some wheel they've done and they look spot on. If this route doesn't work I know of another. I just like these guys as they've taken care of me in the past.

If your at work the web browser won't allow it and since it's not a local number the phone won't work either. If your not let me know and I'll see if I can get a hold of them and see whats up.

Nah they weren't mine. Still on the fence about wheels. I'm looking at Breytons for my summer set up and keeping the stocks as back up/winters. What did they quote you for pricing? Let me know how it goes.

price was expensive. it was 280 euro for acid bath and matte black and 20% gloss.
The finish on the face of the wheel looks great and they got rid of all curb rash i had on OEM paint. However. the section that hooks up w/ the tire has a really thin paint and also chipped easy in some spots. I still had residue from my old tire's rubber that was painted over.. I had to go over it with a dremel to remove the old rubber so it doesnt leak with my new tires on. Getting some Dunlop Direzza star specs(i hear they are great all around, especially in rain) on the rims and gonna see how they fair. Im hoping they dont leak or ima be hella mad. Just getting the tires on and balanced was a week long wait. when i get em them mated tomorrow and on my ride i'll be super happy. p.s. our rides can hold 4 18" tires and 4 18" rims at one time! All sitting in my car right now lmao. This car can hold a lot of shit!

Sorry to revive an old thread but I'm ASSuming the €280 was per wheel, correct? What prep work did you do and did they remove the tires for you or did you have to have that done ahead of time? Was the price with ot without VAT?
I'm looking to have my std 19's powder coated to match the anthracite M3 wheels I got for winter so this could be an option. Thanks
